ENTRY

• The terms and conditions (T&Cs) form part of the conditions of entry for the prize draw and trade promotion.
• You can enter the promotion upon making a qualifying purchase and by entering a valid entry into the entry box provided in-store.
• Upon purchase of the two (2) ‘V’ energy drinks, you will receive a special prize entry coupon to enter the draw. Use this prize entry coupon as the official entry form. By entering your details on the entry coupon, you are accepting the promotion T&Cs.
  
  Mobile food van drivers will issue a prize entry form when a qualifying purchase is made; you may lodge this form with the driver or drop it into the AAFCANS main canteen prize entry box.
  
  

ELIGIBILITY

• A valid entry into the promotion is a prize entry coupon showing your contact details.
• If you do not provide a contact name and valid phone number or e-mail address you will be ineligible to claim any prize.
• Employees of AAFCANS, the promotional partners (Frucor) and their respective families are not permitted to enter the promotion.
  
  

GENERAL

• AAFCANS reserves the right to terminate the promotion or alter the conditions at any time.
  
  
• The promotion commences 1^st June and closes on 3^rd Entries close at the close of business on Friday 3^rd July and winners for each region will be drawn by close of business Tuesday 7^th July. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. The prize will be made available for pick-up from their local AAFCANS. Prizes not picked-up within two months from the draw will be forfeited.
• The Promoter is Army & Air Force Canteen Service ABN: 69289134420.
  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be accepted.
• Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for an alternative product or discount and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• You may enter as many times as you like provided a qualifying purchase has been made and an official prize entry coupon is used as the entry form.

PRIVACY

• By entering their details on the prize entry, coupon prize winners authorise AAFCANS to publish their last name, the initials of their first name and region/barracks in any advertisement that will be advertised in-store or on AAFCANS website.
• AAFCANS will not disclose any details of entries to any third parties. The information given to us for the purpose of the prize draw is not retained and will be discarded at the end of the promotion.
• Your personal information will be dealt with as disclosed above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy that is available on this website. You will usually be entitled to gain access to information which we hold about you, except in certain circumstances specified by legislation. We may charge a fee for our reasonable costs in providing you with access to your personal information.

• Entries will be combined in each state or region and 6 winners drawn.
