AAFCANS has released a new loyalty app that offers a free coffee incentive upon download with a one in-five freebie for coffee lovers.
AAFCANS Managing Director Stewart McGrow said customers immediately welcomed the app. “We have experienced a fabulous uptake of the app,” he said. “Innovation is important to us as many of our customers, given their job roles, are very tech-savvy. “The use of technology helps our organisation to keep cadence with the needs of our customers. “The motivation driving many of the new improvements and directional strategies has come from recent surveys and focus group feedback. Our customers are telling us they want these tools and we have done our best to deliver.” AAFCANS has plans to expand the app mobile technology in the near future to include communications via the app with the fleet of food trucks, alerting customers to the fast approaching food. AAFCANS is a not-for-profit organisation that exists solely for the welfare of Defence members and has done so since 1915. The money spent at AAFCANS outlets stays within the Defence family and any profits made are channelled into future investment, continuous innovation and improvement to facilities and services for soldiers, airmen and airwomen.
